On the day it was suppose to be cloudy and we were to have loads of rain – it ended up being the hottest day this year, not to mention clear skies and loads of sun! Decided since the weather was so great it was a good day to take a random drive around Scotland to find a great location for landscape & nature photos. The first stop was Powfoot at a ‘beach’ (so they tell me..) haha. It was great to be able to see the mountains so clearly! Then I stopped at a sports park in Annan to take photos of the gorgeous bridge and of the River Annan.
After that, I found Hoddom Cross Church – a dream demolished building to me. I absolutely love old, abandoned overgrown buildings. Hoddom Cross Church was built in 1817, and as you can see no longer even has it’s roof.
I hope you all enjoy!
