Getting to meet and work with this beautiful little girl and her mum, Kaitlyn, was a dream. Kynley is adorable – I’m sure this session will give everyone intense baby fever! It was hard to not snuggle her the entire session…

This was the first beautiful day we’ve had in weeks! I had so many ideas for her session and was really excited for Kaitlyn, to see it all come together.

Before each newborn session, I plan out new ideas to make each photoshoot special and unique. It’s always a lot of fun getting to plan out these sessions and props. I love when clients also bring personal items to their newborn sessions. Bringing headbands, blankets, and even shoes to incorporate and make the session that much more personal. Kaitlyn brought along a couple of headbands and the adorable pair of cowgirl boots.

The fun part for mums during this session is that they get to sit back, and enjoy watching it all come together! These moments during a baby’s first week go by so quickly; you don’t want to miss them. I love being a part of capturing all the little details for my clients to look back on years later.

Kaitlyn and Jason, thank you so much letting me capture these memories of your little girl. She is so precious, wonderful – and already so loved.
