This was the first year that I offered styled minis and I couldn’t be happier with the turn-out! I got to work with so many amazing new families and capture these really sweet photos of them all together. It’s always such an honor being a part of a family’s celebrations and milestones.
Prepping for the holiday season this year, I wanted to be sure that I had enough time-slots for all my repeat clients, as well as room for new clients too of course. When I started to put together this set-up I wanted to keep everything fun and seasonal, yet neutral and timeless. Including all the different shape, sizes, and colour pumpkins was a slight challenge, but also fun to put together. I wanted to make sure that the set-up was flexible enough to fit smaller families up to families of four as well.
Getting the response I did to booking these was really exciting! I couldn’t be happier that I was able to book such amazing new clients all together in one morning. This helped get more people a session for their time-frame without running out of weekends for everyone this holiday season.
I truly loved getting to work with kids of all different ages all in one morning. Getting to have so many different ages and personalities was a lot of fun! Everyone looked amazing, all the kids did great for their portraits; the only thing we could have maybe hoped for was slightly cooler weather for this fall themed set-up haha.
Thank you so much to all the families that came out for these fall minis! You all were great fun to meet and work with. I can’t thank you all enough for asking me to be a part of capturing these beautiful memories for you all to look back on and cherish for many years to come.
Great sessions, all so cute, the kids are having a blast. Great idea these mini sessions. Good Job Maegan
[…] in my minis was Jackie and Craig! I got to meet them this past fall, but they just wanted some photos of their adorable kiddos for that session. I am extremely happy that I was able to get them to take photos of just the two […]
