Wing Family Photoshoot | Georgetown, Texas

Getting to meet and work with the Wing family was not only a lot of fun, it was a dream come true. Their little girl, Ryleigh stole my heart! She was the sweetest little girl, and I enjoyed every moment!

I couldn’t be more happy for the Wing family that the temperatures were a little warmer for their session, and the sun came out. :) The days leading up to their session it was really cold, raining, and windy!

It’s funny how as I email back and forth with new clients to help them with planning their session, I feel as though I know someone before even meeting them. Getting to know Katie a bit beforehand was fantastic; I knew that this session would be a lot of fun! Katie was open to suggestions on locations, and told me a bit about her family to help me be able to better assist them. When I found out that they have horses and did their engagement session with her horse, I knew just the place. If it wasn’t going to be their own piece of land, it had to be this gorgeous barn! This little area of Georgetown has so much to offer for photos. There’s the barn itself with another beside it, a field next to them, and then a white brick like wall across the road. So much variety, and options!

Also, these outfits were everything! I was so happy to see how they decided to dress when they got out of the car. Ryleigh had the most adorable outfit, ever….! Darren looked amazing in his hat, sweater & boots. Those are some special boots too, I already told him that my step-dad is going to read this blog post and want to know where he got them from, haha. Kudos to Darren who made wearing a sweater look easy during such a warm day! :) Katie looked stunning; I absolutely loved her boots and her top was the perfect complimenting shade to go with everyone else’s colours.

During the session, a way to get Ryleigh to smile was to ask her how to call over a cow. I have to say, it’s a first, but I absolutely loved it. ‘HEYYY COWWWWWWWW’ will forever stay with me. It’s no exaggeration to say that everything about little Ryleigh and her parents was beyond sweet and made me smile.

Darren and Katie are the best together. If I had to describe to someone what two people look like when they’re a perfect match, it would be these two. They clearly not only have so much love for one another, but for Ryleigh too. It’s easy to see when kids are so very loved, because I find that then those kids have so much love to give back. :)

Wing family, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of this milestone in your family’s life. Ryleigh is so adorable, and I couldn’t be more happy that I got to capture some of these great moments of her fully enjoying her new found walking freedom! Along with all her giggles, smiles, and blowing kisses. You all are so very beautiful, inside and out! I can’t wait to work with you all again in the future and get to watch Ryleigh grow.
