It makes me so happy to know that these two beautiful families are becoming one, officially that is, in the Spring! :) They are already family, and clearly have so much love for one another. It was a lot of fun getting to work and meet them all!
When Heather first inquired with me and she listed the ages of the kids, I had to stop and think for a second. I wrote her an email after we finalized booking and asked if she had two sets of twins. How funny that Heather and Mike would meet and have two kids each that are the same age!
The kids were such good sports, especially since we had to postpone this session a day due to weather. The kids gave up their early evening on Halloween to come and be a part of these beautiful photos with no complaints! Every part of this session was filled with jokes and laughter. Mike was the best at getting the kids to laugh during their photos, but especially at making me laugh. I guess getting to see me crack up behind the camera can be funny within itself, right? :)
Mason, Hannah Ashley, Andrew – thank you all for being so fun throughout this entire photoshoot and so patient. It was great to meet and work with you all. I love the love you have for one another. It’s so nice to see you all come together as one family! I really do appreciate you all being fantastic about all the poses and ideas we all had to capture some great and fun photos!
Heather and Mike, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of capturing all these memories for your family. Seeing you all together was very special and sweet. It’s easy to see that you both clearly love one another, and your kids, so very much! I hope that these images captured all the beautiful emotions of love shared between you all. I couldn’t be more excited for you guys to officially tie the knot in May! I look forward to working with you guys again in the future.
