Charlotte is turning one! Where does the time go?! It feels like just yesterday I was meeting Ileana and Shannon for the first time to photograph their announcement photos. Then somehow, shortly after that it was time to photograph their beautiful maternity photos.
I got to finally meet Charlotte for her first Christmas during my mini sessions this year. She was the absolute cutest little thing and I couldn’t wait until she was big enough to sit on her own, and start walking. :)
Being a part of this family’s milestones has always been amazing. I love soaking up every moment I can with Charlotte.
When Ileana reached out to me about booking a session for Charlotte’s first birthday I couldn’t have been more excited. We started to plan out all the props and the location. I was happy to be able to get this floral hoop done in time for them to use in some of the photos. Ileana found a beautiful park near them that ended up working perfectly for what they wanted.
It was a first for me to see a toddler so intrigued by gravel and grass more-so than cake, haha. We all had a good laugh over it during the session.
Charlotte loves snuggling up and playing with both her parents. There were so many sweet moments throughout this photoshoot that made my heart feel so full. I couldn’t be happier for the Northup family and them having such a beautiful little girl.
Northup family, thank you so much for asking me to be a part another beautiful milestone in your family’s life. It means everything to me to be a part of these moments in your life and memories. You three are so beautiful, inside and out. Getting to watch Charlotte grow and change is always one of the best parts of meeting up with you all again throughout the year. I can’t wait to do her Christmas photos this year when she’s able to stand all by herself. I hope you love these as much as I loved being a part of them.
