Tereniak Family Spring Session | Round Rock, Texas

I’m so happy to have the beautiful Tereniak family back in front of my camera, with their newest addition, Abigail! When Olivia contacted me to book another session of her family I was beyond delighted. Working with the Tereniak family for their Christmas photos before was so much fun! I can’t believe how fast time flies… When I photographed their first session they had just moved to Texas shortly beforehand. Now it’s been over a year and the boys have grown so much! William and Alek are now big brothers to their adorable sister, Abigail.

Abigail was more than happy to sit in the field of flowers and giggle all through the session. The boys, being boys, were ready to run around and chase one another. It’s always fun getting to let the kids just be kids while capturing some candid photos, with a mix of posed images as well.

It was a typical day in Austin – it rained all the day before and was cloudy/stormy outside all before this session. An hour beforehand the sun came out of nowhere, and all the clouds disappeared. We were trying to time it later in the day to avoid the high winds and cold temperatures that were predicted. Unfortunately for everyone it was still fairly chilly out but this family was ready for some spring photos no matter what! I love when families just go with the flow and have a good time! William and Alek were making the most of the sun being out by running around in the field to warm up in between photos. When Alek brought over a handful of the paint brush flowers to his Mum, and said “for your birthday”. The weather had made us postpone one day and it ended up landing on Olivia’s birthday! :)

Tereniak family, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of these memories of your family for you to cherish in the years to come. You’re all so beautiful, inside and out. I’m truly sad to hear that you all are moving again, and will no longer be in Texas. It was such a pleasure to meet you all. I hope the images that I have photographed of you all are ones that you cherish and look back on remembering your time together in Texas. As sad as it is to see you all go, I do hope that your next adventure is amazing. I truly hope you come back to visit Texas some time, and hopefully we can do more sessions together!
