Lauren and Colin | South Sound, Grand Cayman

When I met Lauren and Colin back in July, we became fast friends. They are such an adorable couple, full of so much love for one another and everyone around them. When Lauren asked me if I’d do a photoshoot of them, how could I say no!? I was overjoyed to see them again and capture memories for them to cherish for years to come!

These two recently celebrated their two year wedding anniversary! It’s easy to see that they were made for one another. I kept gushing about how adorable they were together in front of my camera, and Lauren kept giggling saying they weren’t trying to be. They don’t have to try!!! I’d pose them, and take a few photos, just letting them be themselves for a bit after and their chemistry natural unfolded and provided such amazing sweet photos. Capturing sincere affection, unposed in photos is always the best.

I was over the moon throughout this entire session. Lauren and Colin are the most kind and sweet people. They are so caring and loving to everyone and being around them is always fun. I’m so glad I got to meet up with them again, and got to be a part of their Christmas photos this year. As we were discussing getting their cards designed, Lauren mentioned how when people they knew found out they were doing photos this year, everyone mentioned wanting a card. The shock in her voice made me laugh because it’s easy to see why everyone wants to celebrate their happiness with them. :)

Colin and Lauren, thank you so much for asking me to be a part of capturing these beautiful photos of you both. Your love for one another is so easy to see. I’m so glad that you both have and found one another. You’re the perfect match. I couldn’t be happier that we were able to meet and hang out in July. It is so great to have you both as friends now! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do. You were both such a dream to work with and I hope we are able to work together again soon in the future. Don’t be strangers; be sure to make plans to visit Texas soon! ;)
